Ms. Willis defends and counsels management clients in the areas of employment law arising under federal and state law, including the ADA, ADEA, FMLA, Title VII and Nevada employment statutes. She is an Ambassador for the Northern Nevada/Reno-Sparks Chamber of Commerce, a member of the Reno-Tahoe Young Professionals Network (YPN), and a member of the Northern Nevada Human Resource Association (NNHRA). Ms. Willis is a former Nevada Deputy Attorney General and a former law clerk to the Honorable Robert A. McQuaid, Jr. in the United States District Court, District of Nevada, 2007-2008, and the Honorable Brent T. Adams in the Second Judicial District Court, State of Nevada, 2006-2007.
